Implants

We manufacture a comprehensive range of implant-supported restorations, from single implant crowns and bridges to complex multi-unit and full-arch cases. Each restoration is designed around the individual implant system, clinical requirements and occlusal considerations of the case, with particular attention to passive fit, emergence profile, soft-tissue support, functional anatomy and aesthetics.

Our experience across both conventional and digital implant workflows allows us to provide predictable restorative solutions for straightforward cases through to more complex implant rehabilitation.

Screw-Retained PFM

Screw-retained porcelain fused to metal restorations provide a robust and serviceable solution for implant-supported crowns and bridges, combining a precision machined metal substructure with individually layered porcelain. The screw-retained design provides retrievability while maintaining controlled occlusion, functional anatomy and natural aesthetics, making it suitable for both single-unit and long span multi-unit implant restorations. Particularly suitable for cases with low inter occlusal clearance

Screw-Retained Zirconia

Screw-retained zirconia provides a highly aesthetic and robust solution for implant-supported cases, combining a custom-milled titanium abutment with a precision-designed zirconia superstructure. We offer both monolithic zirconia and layered zirconia, allowing the restoration to be selected according to the clinical, functional and aesthetic requirements of the case.

Custom titanium abutments provide a precise implant connection and a stable foundation for the zirconia restoration, while the choice between monolithic and layered zirconia allows flexibility between strength, functional durability and individual aesthetics.

Hybrid Bridges

Zirconia-Titanium hybrid bridges combine a precision-milled titanium bar with a monolithic or layered zirconia sleeve cemented on top. This design provides a rigid, accurate and strong titanium framework with the aesthetics and individual character of zirconia.

The digital design process allows for angled screw channels, customised emergence profiles and optimised screw access, providing greater flexibility when implant angulation or restorative space presents a challenge. The titanium and zirconia components are reverse engineered after a 3d printed try in has been verified, maintaining precise control throughout the manufacturing process.
