We work from your digital designs and specifications, manufacturing components to your requirements across a wide range of restorative materials, implant systems and indications.

Hybrid Implant Bridges

We specialise in the manufacture of hybrid implant bridges incorporating zirconia sleeves cemented to precision-milled titanium bars.

You complete the restorative design, anatomy and required implant positions. We then reverse engineer the digital design to manufacture the titanium bar and zirconia sleeve, ensuring an accurate relationship between the components.

Depending on your workflow, we can:

Manufacture both the titanium bar and zirconia sleeves

Manufacture the titanium bar only, returning the digital sleeve design for you to mill

Manufacture with straight or angled screw channels

Support all common implant platforms

Custom Implant Abutments

We manufacture custom implant abutments in both titanium and cobalt chrome, designed to your specifications and available across common implant platforms.

Our digital workflow supports straight and angled screw channels, allowing greater flexibility where implant angulation, restorative space or screw access presents a challenge.

Custom abutments can be supplied as individual components or incorporated into a wider restorative workflow.

3D Printed Models

Our DLP and SLA printing capabilities allow us to manufacture high-accuracy dental models directly from your digital files.

We can produce crown and bridge, implant and other digital model requirements, including dies, removable gingiva and articulator attachments.

Models can be manufactured with your preferred digital model analog and returned ready for use in the laboratory.

Custom Implant Libraries

For laboratories developing their own digital implant workflows, we can assist with the development of custom implant libraries and digital components.

Working from the relevant implant specifications and physical components, we can create digital library elements tailored to your CAD/CAM workflow and manufacturing requirements.

This can include the development of custom scan bodies, implant interfaces, abutment geometries and library components, allowing laboratories to establish repeatable digital workflows for specific implant systems or proprietary components.
